TUNE-IN: “The Vow” Part 2 of New Anthology Drama Series COVENANT Premieres Thursday October 28

The second installment of anthology drama series – COVENANT – “The Vow” will be available on popular AMC Networks’ streamer ALLBLK (www.ALLBLK.tv), Thursday, October 28th.

Written by Kaye Singleton (Saints & Sinners, American Soul), COVENANT – “The Vow,” is the story of a man who must hide his extraordinary abilities to fulfill his life’s destiny to save his people. A destiny his rebellious, arrogant nature nearly destroys; featuring Palmer Williams Jr. (Tyler Perry’s House of Payne, Love Thy Neighbor), Rico Ball (CW’s Black Lightening), Duane Finley (The Wood, Angie’s Cure), Jasmine Burke (Saints & Sinners, BET’s Angrily Ever After), and Erica Page (Netflix’s Ozark).

Created by Kaye Singleton (Saints & Sinners, American Soul), COVENANT draws audiences into a world of thrilling, suspenseful drama where characters and stories of the bible are thrust into a vicious dystopia of present-day, real-life situations. The four-part anthology series will tell four remarkable tales of betrayal, love, revenge, and redemption – challenging viewers to examine how these sacred lessons of faith fit into today’s society. Each story will be told in 2-parts (8 weeks total).

Subsequent installments for this season of COVENANT:

“The Retribution,” – A devoted husband and family man wakes up from his coma and immediately seeks to avenge his wife’s honor after he learns she was violated by someone he trusted; featuring Phaedra Parks (Real Housewives of Atlanta) and Jay Hunter (Tyler Perry’s If Loving You Is Wrong, Max Payne). 

“The Enemy,” – A deeply religious, controversial lawmaker known for his ruthlessly aggressive tactics risks his life, reputation, and career, when he shockingly attempts to join and champion for the very community he tried to destroy. Featuring Kron Moore (Tyler Perry’s The Oval).

Highly anticipated anthology drama series COVENANT’s debut episode – “The Promise” comes exclusively to popular AMC Networks’ streamer ALLBLK(www.ALLBLK.tv), on Thursday, October 14. Written by and starring Kaye Singleton (Saints & Sinners, American Soul), COVENANT – “The Promise” – will tell the story of a desperate middle-aged woman who’s fallen into early menopause and risks her marriage to give her husband the child she can no longer conceive.
