- Vernon and Andre indeed do have some type of plan, but I wonder if Vernon's plan may be to use Andre and then cut him out of the plan
- Vernon gets Lucious to admit to killing Bunkie. Initially he thinks Andre lied to him about Lucious killing Bunkie, but learns Andre didn't know that for sure. Vernon ends up paying someone who was going to serve time for murder anyway to take the fall for Bunkie's death. However, based off his conversation with someone who may be his AA sponsor, and based off his cold, silent reaction to Lucious thanking him for finding someone to take the fall...he hasn't forgiven Lucious for killing Bunkie
- In a drunken state Hakeem admits to Jamal that he's the brilliant one and seeks his help, but Jamal shuts it down...pointing out he was no longer going to help someone who disrespects his mother
- Jamal's song skyrockets, and his relationship with his boyfriend seems to become collateral damage...especially when his response to Sways's question about his lady at home was that he didn't have a lady or ANYONE special in his life
- Cookie cleans up Empire "royalty" who was about to be dropped. Cookie seems to be a true natural in the industry
- Lucious beefed up his security at home and work by bringing in a former navy seal (Derek Luke from Antwone Fisher)
- But biggest surprise...Olivia (Raven Symone...it just hit me she's playing a character named Olivia again #CosbyShow) comes on the show at the end with a surprise for viewers...she claims her daughter is Jamal's daughter!
